  • “Izaak is really considerate as a personal trainer, it's not something I'd have expressly looked for but now I wouldn't do without it. From day one I had to be the client that said "I won't run on a treadmill, I won't do pushups, i have bad lower back problems, my shoulder is currently injured, etc..."   • Izaak is a fantastic trainer with a keen eye for detail when it comes to his clients, with a fiery passion when it comes to his profession. Izaak has been training me consistently for over a year now and he always makes me feel at ease and confident to trust in his advice and training/diet plans, I’ve never felt uncomfortable or that judgment has been passed in my efforts even if they where sometimes half arsed.
